AUM Extractor

AUM Extractor is a professional PDF automation tool built for CA practice. Paste any webpage URL — the tool instantly scans and lists every PDF available, then downloads them all with a single click.

Most PDF downloaders only work on simple websites. AUM Extractor goes further: it automatically switches to Smart Browser Mode when it detects a JavaScript-rendered portal (like incometaxindia.gov.in or mca.gov.in), silently launching a real browser in the background to load the full document list — the same way a human would, but fully automated.

Every downloaded file gets its real name, read directly from the server. No more files named "document_1.pdf" or "download_2.pdf". Circulars, notifications, and forms arrive with the same filename the government gave them.

The tool is distributed as a single .exe file. No Python, no installation wizard, no technical setup. Hand it to anyone on a pen drive or WhatsApp and it just works.

For first-time users receiving the .exe file:

1. Save the file — Copy AUM Extractor.exe to any folder (Desktop, Documents, etc.)

2. Double-click to launch the application

3. Windows SmartScreen — If a blue warning appears, click "More info" → "Run anyway" (this happens only once on first run on each PC)

4. Paste the URL — Enter the webpage address that contains the PDFs you want

5. Click "Fetch PDFs" — The tool scans the page. For dynamic sites, a browser opens briefly in the background (this is normal)

6. Review the list — All found PDFs are displayed with their filenames

7. Click "Download All PDFs" — All files download to the AUM_Extractor_Downloads folder created next to the .exe

8. Open the folder — Click the folder path shown in the log to access your files

Tip: The AUM_Extractor_Downloads folder is created automatically. Each run adds files to the same folder — existing files are not overwritten.
